The Losi Micro T has finally hit the scene, a pint-sized powerhouse following the success of its predecessor, the Micro B. This scaled-down version of the TLR platform packs a punch, offering remarkable value for RC enthusiasts. Sporting a Proline body reminiscent of a shrunken Axis stadium truck, the Micro T boasts a sleek design with Velcro fastening and eye-catching graphics. The two color options, matching wheels, and scale-down blockades tires add to its visual appeal.
Under the hood, the Micro T features a shorter chassis compared to the Micro B, with a sturdy black anodized aluminum plate, oil-filled shocks, fixed upper links, and a mid-motor transmission setup with a gear differential. The composite parts, twin bell crank steering, and 4 amp ESC contribute to its robust build. Equipped with an AS1 servo, a compact 65T motor, a Spectrum 350mAh battery pack, and a 4-channel SLT2 radio system, the Micro T is ready to hit the track.
Testing the Micro T on a mini Z track with jumps revealed its agility and responsiveness, thanks to the shorter wheelbase. Fine-tuning throttle and steering rates enhanced its performance, making it a thrilling ride. Taking the Micro T to a skate park showcased its impressive steering, grip, and surprising power from the brush motor. The truck effortlessly tackled jumps and ramps, delivering an exhilarating driving experience for RC enthusiasts looking for speed and precision in a compact package.
